Meditation: What is it all about?

The aim of meditation is to recreate a spiritual experience and to reconnect to the natural qualities of the spiritual being. By creating pure and powerful thoughts, we aim to trigger these experiences which are recorded in my memory bank beneath other more recent experiences. When I understand that I am the spiritual being and I play with spiritual thoughts, the memories gradually re-surface and I re-emerge the experience of my original state of purity, peace, happiness, love and wisdom.
