One of the competencies that meditators develop is a Beautiful Mind. Many of us accept that our mind can be our best friend or our worst enemy. Few of us know or understand our mind; how it works, how we take care of it and how we can nurture a beautiful mind that becomes our best friend.
The 5 skills to create a Beautiful Mind are:
Give time and energy to truth, positivity and upliftment.
Deduce meaning generously and non-violently.
Discern the eternal from the temporary and limited.
Derive benefit from all events, circumstances and encounters.
Engage as an actor, a guest and a trustee.
The field of the mind will be filled with beauty, serenity and tranquillity.
